Return and Refund Policy

Right to Cancel

Customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, customers must inform us via email at support@purelyliving.co.uk within the 14-day period.

Return Process

  • Timeframe: After notifying us of the cancellation, customers have an additional 14 days to return the goods.
  • Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Deductions: We reserve the right to deduct from the refund any loss in value of the goods if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by the customer.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, customers are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement within 30 days of receipt. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exemptions

Certain items are non-refundable unless faulty, including:

  • Perishable goods.
  • Sealed items unfit for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
  • Bespoke or personalized items.

Additional Information

  • Partial Returns: We do not accept partial returns; all items in the order must be returned together.
  • Damaged Returns: We will not refund items returned damaged due to improper packaging or handling by the customer.
